Arbor-Apex Online Learning Mentor Option:  $395 per school year

 To ensure student success, Arbor Academy offers additional mentor oversight to help keep your student on track and moving forward.  The active student will have unlimited email support with his or her mentor, this support to consist of general guidance, learning suggestions and course direction; no direct tutoring or grading.   Also included with this option is the ability to reset activities, the exclusion of specific activities upon request, monthly in-depth progress reports supplied with, monthly review of percentage of work completed, date of last student access, curriculum reminders, and more.

Arbor-Apex Online Learning Mentor/Teacher Option: $595 per school year

 This option will include all of the services listed in the Mentor Option above, in addition to the following: 

Scoring of Workbook pages, grading of Teacher-Scored Tests, submission of Extra Credit Material, along with inputting these results into the Student’s Summary Report.

 Arbor Additional Teacher Services Option:  $250 per school year

*Available to those students who are using Apex Online Learning, as well as those who are using their own material. 

This option is for those students who would like additional teacher support.  Students may choose from Apex Online Learning assignments, or are free to use their own supplemental course material.  Starter ideas are available from Arbor Academy, upon request.  Students may submit up to four work samples for teacher comments and correction per grade level year.  These submissions may include, but are not limited to: essays, book reports, mathematics work, scientific papers, historical reports, artwork, photography, multimedia presentations, musical compositions, etc..  All submitted work will be returned.  Additionally, parents may request  student/parent/teacher conference calls related to the student assignments received; conference calls are limited to four per grade level year.

Initial Course Planning $175

We aim to help families to utilize their community college systems, state colleges, and private colleges.  We advise families about potential benefits, costs, academic requirements, financial aide, scholarships, and testing.  We help students to narrow their focus based on an individualized assessment quotient.

Additionally, for those students pursuing specific career paths, we offer guidance on internships, training, trade, and professional schools.
